Quad Club Team Tennis

Date: August 18th-19th (Sat./Sun.)
Location: Rengstorff Tennis Courts
Entry Fee:$12.00/MVTC Member ~ $17.00/Adult Non-Member
Entry Deadline: Aug 11th @12noon or ON-LINE by Aug 12th ~ noon

The tournament this month is a fun Team Tennis event. We will have a combination of teams made up of MVTC members/guests and the following local Tennis Clubs:

  • Los Altos Tennis Club (Los Altos) - Capt: Frank Smyth -
  • Fremont Hills (Los Altos Hills) - Capt: Regina Regan -
  • Tomodachi Tennis Club (Moffett Field) - Capt: Ken Sakai -

Sign-Up online by Sun., Aug. 12th by 5 pm, or deliver a "blue card" to Cuesta Tennis Center (685 Cuesta Dr.) by noon Sat., Aug. 11th. Have your card placed into the "MVTC Tournament Entry Box." Your card will be mailed back to you with your start time if it is self-addressed and stamp-ready. [Reminder: Please do not mail your entry, as we do not pick up entries at the post office.] You may optionally pay upon checking in, making checks payable to: MVTC.

Games for the morning teams will begin right at 8am Saturday at Rengstorff Park Courts, and will include a variety of formats: mixed MD, WD. Team captains will coordinate who plays in each round, everyone plays a lot, but not everyone plays each round. Games for the afternoon teams begin at 1pm Saturday. Playoffs will start at 8am on Sunday between the 4 top teams. The 4 lower teams will begin play at 1pm. Teams will be posted online the Thursday before to make it easy to check out your opponents ahead if you like!
