What a great day to play tennis and help a worthwhile cause! Thank you to John Farcich for putting together a great tournament. Also, thank you to Jill Nagahara and Terrie Rayl for being the food coordinators for the tournament. We had 45 people playing tennis on a summery June day.

The teams were fiercely competitive, but also had a lot of fun and camaraderie. In the end we were all seeing red, and in a good way. The red team, captained by Roy Molseed were the winners of the team tennis tournament. Team members included: Roy Molseed, Jeff Peterson, Marla Lindsay, Kenny Chong, John Yang, Octavio Farfan, Yuhong Wang, Tamara Tarkington, Viviane Bahia and Marina Khitrov. It was a fun tournament.

We also had a raffle fundraiser for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. Louise Farcich and her sister put together wonderful baskets. MVTC bid on the baskets and raised $518.00 for this worthwhile charity.
